laughing buddha at the aria

There's a laughing buddha at the entrance of the Aria. I noticed that many hotels have asian decor elements at the entrance of their casinos such as two lions on either side of the main entrance door. It was interesting to see how people would react to seeing the statue. Many went over to take some pictures, some would rub his belly and some would even leave money next to it.
